Retail Orders

Orders are shipped within 1 week of receipt of order and payment via credit card. Orders placed with a check for payment are shipped when the check clears our bank - generally within 10 business days. All orders will be shipped via US priority mail (2 to 3 days) unless otherwise specified. There is a fixed shipping price of $8.00 that includes priority mailing, delivery confirmation, and insurance.

Online orders are accepted through PayPal. If you are unfamiliar with or new to PayPal please click here.

If you prefer, orders are gladly accepted by check - please contact us for mailing address. Orders will be shipped as soon as the check clears.

Sales Tax

When shipping to an address in DC, a 5.75% sales tax will be added to your order. When shipping to an address is Virginia, a 5% sales tax will be added to your order. There is no sales tax for orders shipped to other states.

Custom Jewelry

We are happy to help you create any piece of jewelry your heart desires. Custom orders are very special; each one will be priced based on materials (stones, toggles, pendants, etc.) and labor. Please email us or call us with your wishes using the contact information below, and we will do our best to help you design exactly what you are looking for. A 50% deposit is required for all custom orders.

In addition, if you fall in love with a particular piece, but would prefer a different length, we will do our best to accommodate you. Just let us know the length you prefer.

Wholesale Orders

Queen Bee Designs welcomes wholesale orders and inquiries. Wholesale orders can be placed by calling our studio at (703) 329-6768.

Returns

We will be glad to refund your money for any item that you are not completely happy with. We accept returns for any reason within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.

Please contact us immediately upon receipt of product via email or telephone to arrange for returns. If you would like to make a return, please email us for address information and confirmation. Returns between 6 to 30 days of receipt are only elegible for credit.

Unfortunately custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Credit is given in the same manner as payment was received upon receipt of returned merchandise.

Returns must be well packed and insured. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Queen Bee Designs is not responsible for items that are lost in the mail.

Exchanges

Merchandise may be exchanged within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Please email us for confirmation and to check the stock of desired exchange.

Additional shipping costs will be applied to exchanged items. Please ship items to studio address, making sure they are well packed and insured. Queen Bee Designs is not responsible for items that are lost in the mail.

Repairs

Craftsmanship and fine work is something on which we pride ourselves at Queen Bee Designs. Should your jewelry ever require repair we will gladly repair it at minimal cost. You will only be charged for shipping and a nominal fee for materials - if any - upon inspection of the piece. Please call or email us to arrange for a repair.
